The Gathering with Coach Keya

Even if you have never meditated or been in a sacred space, you will find something beneficial for your day-to-day life, whether at home, at work, or on the road.

What to expect:

• 3:15 pm: Doors open and casual introductions
• 3:30 pm: Circle begins, which includes but is not limited to
  • Healing, journaling, meditation, gentle stretches, and breathwork for clearing out energy
  • Sacred Chanting from Hawaiian, Buddhist, and Vedic traditions
  • Active sharing and listening encouraged
• 5:00 pm: Reflections, sharing, Q&A
• 5:30 pm: Circle closes

What to bring:

• Optional: eye covers, blankets, pillows, and yoga mats for meditation
• Optional: your journals and pens
• Optional: your water or tea
